EAGLE partners invite you to participate in the BLOCKCHAIN course that will take place ONLINE on 27th February – 6th March 2025.
The training is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) employees who wish to acquire or enhance their knowledge of blockchain technology. Other interested parties such as job seekers, self-employed persons, students or teachers are also welcome. The course is not intended for advanced IT professionals.
The course is offered free of charge upon mandatory REGISTRATION. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion.

Lecturers:
Ivan Sedliacik is an assistant professor of finance at the Faculty of Economics at Matej Bel University in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia. He is an expert in decentralised finance, blockchain technology and its economic and managerial consequences. He also deals with the issues of financial inclusion and financial markets. At Matej Bel University, he introduced three new courses dedicated to blockchain and decentralised finance.
Jan Hunady is an associate professor of finance at the Faculty of Economics at Matej Bel University in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia. His research interests include emerging technology, digitalization, and the role of the public sector in supporting innovation and companies’ digital transition.
The course is implemented as part of the international EAGLE project, which aims to support the digital transformation of European SMEs, in particular through training and digital skills development for employees or job seekers.
